Thursday night Meet-n-Greet: Join us on Thursday night in the hotel lobby for an informal Meet-n-Greet. You can also pick up your registration materials, convention binder, and information.

9:00-11:30 AM Building the Ideal Day with Brook Noel

During this interactive 2.5 hour workshop Brook takes you step-by-step through realistic routines, the importance of anchors, and fundamental components needed for creating the ideal day. Using her Time-Block® management system, you will work with your priorities to create a customized weekly schedule allowing you to stay focused and make progress in your priorities.

1A. Weekly Planning with Lyn: Learn how to maximize your week and create an efficient planning routine. Bring your calendar and Catch-All Notebook for Lyn’s hands-on tutorial through weekly planning.

1B. Master Task List with Rhonda: Overwhelmed by housework, clutter, and the seemingly never-ending tasks needing attention? Let Rhonda show you how to tame household to-dos with the use of a Master Task List.

1C. Soul Food with Brook: This one hour creative-workshop provides a hands-on environment for making affirmation cards and inspirational Soul Food cards.

2:00 – 3:00 PM Afternoon Session 2 (Choose One)

1D. Using Your Catch-All Notebook (CAN) Effectively w Lyn:  The Catch-All Notebook is often known as “the spare brain.” Undoubtedly, it provides a simple and comprehensive way to keep up with life. Whether you are new to the Catch-All Notebook or have had one for years, Lyn will share samples CANS, tips and tools for effectively maintaining your CAN.

1E. Mini-Missions with Rhonda: Mini-Missions provide a way of bringing meaning and purpose to the simplest actions in order to increase motivation and satisfaction. In this workshop, Rhonda will teach you how to use Mini Missions in your day-to-day activities, and help you create Mini-Missions to use when you get home.

3:15 – 4:15 PM Afternoon Session 3 (Choose One)

1F. Soul Food Creation (On-Your-Own): This creative hour provides a space for making affirmation cards and inspirational Soul Food cards.

1G. Priority Planning with Rhonda: Priority Planning is the key to making the most of each month. Done properly, Priority Planning is the compass that allows you stay in tune with you, with life, and with your priorities. Join Rhonda for a one-hour walk-through to complete your Priority Planning for the month ahead.

1H. To-Do Overload with Lyn: With all the demands of day-to-day life it doesn’t take long to find ourselves overloaded with tasks and to-dos. Left unaddressed this can lead to stress, health problems, anxiety, and depression. Learn how to tune in to you, deal with task-overload, and re-balance your life.

4:15 – 7:00 PM Dinner Break

Join the girls for an evening of fun, laughter, and prizes!

Our hotel is located ½ mile from Mall of America and complimentary shuttle service is provided. Whether shopping, browsing, or seeking entertainment—Mall of America has something to offer everyone (including an indoor roller coaster!). 2A. Monthly Planning with Lyn: Learn how to maximize your month and create a routine to keep you balanced and organized. Bring your calendar and Catch-All Notebook for Lyn’s hands-on tutorial through monthly planning.

2B. MTM Direct Informational Session with Andy: Make Today Matter Direct is a ground-floor opportunity to create a career path through helping other women, using the tools created by Brook Noel. If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, you won’t want to miss this session!

2C. Why Health Matters (and Little Things You Can Do to Make a Difference) w/ Rhonda: Often making positive and healthy changes is relegated to “another day” inside our busy lives. Rhonda is ready to show you how simple healthy change can be with positive steps to help both body and mind.

2:00 – 3:00 PM Afternoon Session 2 (Choose One)

2D. Project Planning: Step-by-Step with Lyn: Lacking motivation when it comes to projects? Find you get stuck in the planning but have a hard time taking action? In this session, Lyn will guide you through the process of planning a project and breaking it down to ensure actionable and achievable steps.

2E. Making Each Day Matter with the 3-Step Action List led by Rhonda: The 3-Step Action List is a deceptively simple tool that can make a profound difference when used properly. In this workshop, Rhonda reviews success tips for creating and maintaining a 3-Step Action List.

3:15 – 4:15 PM Conference Closing with Brook: Your Goal Plan for the Days Ahead

Conference Rates:

The conference rate includes registration, Thursday night, Friday and Saturday sessions, and catered lunch on Friday and Saturday. Note: Hotel accommodations are booked separately from registration. See Accommodations below for room and discount information.

Accommodations:

We have negotiated a discount with Embassy Suites for the Make Today Matter Room Block. Rates for the two-room suites are $129 for a King and $149 for two doubles.  This rate includes a suite with a living room area with a sofa sleeper and then a separate bedroom area.  The rate also includes a complimentary full cooked to order breakfast in the morning, including omelets, pancakes, French toast, etc., as well as an evening manager’s reception that includes complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 5:30pm-7:30pm every evening. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Minneapolis-St Paul Airport and the Mall of America are also offered by Embassy Suites to conference participants. AFTER REGISTERING YOU WILL RECEIVE INFORMATION TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL AND A FORM FOR COURSE SELECTIONS WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
