Good Morning! Live a Life of Gratitude

Around the Corner: “To speak gratitude is courteous and pleasant, to enact gratitude is generous and noble, but to live gratitude is to touch heaven.” – Quote on the importance of “gratitude.”

Good morning!

Yvette included this thoughtful note with her quote:

I am grateful for the inspiration you send me each morning.  You do a wonderful job with your writing.  Thank you for helping me start my day with a smile.  That is the first “great” thing that happens which helps lead to more great things throughout the day!

Thank you Yvette, I am grateful for your kindness and taking the time to write to me.

Yvette’s note brought a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. The reason it touched me so is that Yvette goes beyond “reading” the message and “lives” the morning messages.

With our hectic and crazy lives, it is so easy to read this little morning note and think, “Wow, that’s me. I should really do that.” But several hours later we may have forgotten what we have read.

Your turn:
Think back to the morning messages that really resonated with you. Did you print a copy? Can you gather them together and read through them this morning? Keep using the “Your Turn” challenges to go beyond reading, and start living the changes that will improve your life.

Your affirmation:
When I discover a way to positively improve my life, I implement the idea and maintain it until it becomes a habit.
