1. What do we mean by membership? The above memberships provide access to our premium online content at www.brooknoelstudio.com website.   All content is delivered electronically and all interaction is through the website.
2. What types of interaction are provided with our memberships?
   1. Content is delivered through web pages, forums, PDF downloads and interactive online reviews.
   2. There are forums for posting and sharing questions and experiences with others.
   3. There are chat rooms for real time interaction during online community events.
   4. There is our support suite which is there if you have a technical, billing or membership question.
3. What happens when I order a membership?
   1. We will send your enrollment credentials and instructions within 48 hours of receiving your order. (Please add www.brooknoelstudio.helpserve.com to your safe senders list and/or check your spam/junk mail for our notice as we find that some email servers can filter our support suite.)
   2. If you choose a group start for Make Today Matter, you will receive your log in credentials and instructions the day before the group start date.  (The group starts are listed at the top of the Make Today Matter Membership page.)  We find this works well in that people don’t lose their credentials!
4. How does billing work for memberships? For all memberships, billing is immediate.  Based on the membership period you choose (monthly, quarterly, annually as available), your account will be billed each period.  The renewals are automatic every 30, 90 or 365 days as chosen.  The only exception is the Make Today Matter Complete Starter with Membership, which includes a single year, non-renewing membership.  At the end of your first year, you will receive a note from us with options for membership renewal.
5. If I change my mind, can I cancel my membership?
   1. Our guarantee – within 14 days of your initial order, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of your membership fees.
   2. After 14 days, you can cancel at anytime, for any reason and we will promptly stop any future charges to your account.  At any time, your maximum cost is your last membership payment.
