Class overview
Week 1: In week one, our focus is on taking stock of our pantry, creating a master shopping list, and we begin the work of organizing our recipes into our own personal cookbook.
Week 2: Using our recipes from Week 1, we begin creating a master meal plan that will include plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. By the end of the class, we will have the tools to create a thirty day meal plan.
At the end of this class you will have organized your kitchen, inventoried its contents, set-up your own personalized cookbook, created a thirty day meal plan the whole family can follow, and learned ways to make holidays and entertaining less stressful.
