Good Morning: Follow Your Heart

Good morning!  

 

I have said it before, but it is worth repeating. Stress, anxiety, and depression are most commonly encountered when we stray from our values and core mission. If you are feeling stress, anxiety or depression today, ask yourself: What am I straying from?

It is so easy to get lost in being reactive to life versus proactive. Our days are full and we often respond moment to moment without much time for creative thinking or self-reflection.  Today’s quote draws us back to self-reflection. Which way does your heart draw you? What dreams keep surfacing in your mind? Where do your thoughts wander?
