This wonderful quote speaks to so many aspects of our lives. It’s no secret that every day, brings opportunity. It might be the opportunity to help a family member, assist a stranger, move toward a goal, absorb a sunset, or spend time with a favorite pet. The “it” in the above quote could be anything. “It” could refer to anything in my previous sentence or self care, exercise, the MTM program, our children, any relationship, the day in general, or this very moment.
