Good morning!

For those of you who have sincerely practiced one or more of the Good Morning routines, you have likely noticed that a chipper good morning has a drastic influence on your morning, and therefore the rest of your day. Just as we say ‘breakfast’ is the most important physical component of a day, I feel a ‘good morning’ is the most important emotional component of our day. It also shows how positive thinking (even when it is difficult to do or done half-heartedly) has the power to change how we feel and change those around us. Don’t let that attitude fade away after your ‘good morning’  though. Make a consistent effort to keep your positive energy flowing throughout the day.
Your turn: Say several ‘good mornings’ today! Each time you eat, say a ‘good morning’ afterward to remind yourself of the power of positive thinking. If you think a negative thought, talk back to it!
Research has shown that it takes 27 positive thoughts to counteract the power of one negative thought. Today, keep talking and thinking positive thoughts until you tip the scale to a positive mindset for the majority of the day.
Your affirmation: I am a positive person, spreading positive and hopeful energy to all I come into contact with.
