1. In outlook, go into ACTIONS/JUNK EMAIL OPTIONS/ SAFE SENDERS and add the above domains to your safe senders.
2. In Gmail, create a filter and add the above domains in the FROM field (1 at a time) and then click next and check “Never send it to spam”
If you do not receive your order confirmation please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
eProducts (eBooks):
If you ordered an e-product and did not download it already, you will receive an email from orders@brooknoelstudio.com. Please make sure to add this address to your Approved Senders List. This email will contain your download link, which is active for 24 hours.
Shippable Products (Books, CD Roms, Others):
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via the method specified at checkout. You will receive an email notification upon shipment.
