Billing and Refund Policies

Thank you for your business!  We appreciate each and every customer and value all of you.  As we offer a wide range of products and services, we have consolidated all of our sales polices below.

Memberships in Make Today Matter:  You will be billed at the time you order.  For payment plans, please note, we do not issue reminders and your card will be charged accordingly.  We have a 14 day refund policy on memberships.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the membership offering, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.  We will refund your membership fees paid and cancel your membership.  After 14 days, you can cancel your membership, at any time, by emailing us at debbie@maketodaymatter.net indicating that you would like to cancel.   After 14 days, from the date of your first membership payment, we WILL NOT issue refunds and will complete the billing cycle for membership dues.

Online Classes: We will issue refunds for classes up to the start date for the class.  Once the class has started, we WILL NOT issue refunds.

E-products: For our e-books and downloadable products, we WILL NOT issue refunds once they have been downloaded.  Upon download, the value has been delivered and it is not returnable.

Products that are shipped: For products we ship, such as books, organizers, calendars and kits, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product so long as it is unused and fit for resale.  If your receive product that is damaged, we reserve the right to either replace it or refund the order.  Before you return products, please contact us at debbie@maketodaymatter.net, describing your situation and reason for refund.  We will send you shipping instructions that you can print and include with the shipment.
